PAT O’HIGGINS MVO served for 34 years as a Police Officer in the Metropolitan Police including 15 years working closely with the Royal Family in the preparation and execution of both public and private events. Pat has now taken his skills of assisting all types of organisations to make their event a success into his role as a Toastmaster.
